Congratulations! You’ve finished the course! Pat yourself on the back for a job well done. Now it’s time to go out there and implement everything you’ve learned.
However… the fun does not stop here.
Just because this course has ended does not mean that you need to stop learning. I personally LOVE to read and study personal finance. There are multiple references that one can find by simply checking the Finance section of the library. Likewise, multiple podcasts help motivate me to continue on my financial freedom journey – so much so that I’ve even guest-starred on a few of them! And blogs are also great resources, if you need a pep talk to save you from falling back to your old spending habits. Continual learning is key for working towards financial independence.
Below, I have listed for you a few of my favorite resources.
- Your Money or Your Life
- The Simple Path to Wealth
- The Millionaire Next Door
- The Total Money MakeOver
- The 4-Hour Work Week
- The Investment Answer
Student Loan Services:
Of course, these are not the only resources out there. These are simply my favorites.
I hope that they lead you down a rabbit hole of personal finance ventures. The goal is to never stop moving forward. When you feel like you’ve reached a rut in your budgeting goals, re-analyze each category. Get creative with frugality (make up frugal challenges!), find new sources of income and start side-hustles from mere hobbies. Reach out to like-minded people. The world is your oyster.
I sincerely wish you all the best.
And if you need me, i am here.
